3. APPROVAL OF YOUR REQUEST

Once we receive your request, a member of our team will confirm the studio availability and prepare the equipment you need. Once the quote is approved, a deposit will be required to finalize the reservation.

4. ENJOY YOUR RENTAL

On the day of your booking, we will take the time to show you around and give you access to everything you need for your session or event.

Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

    We offer a fully open and bright studio. When you book, you have access to the entire space, ideal for events or productions that require a spacious setting.

    Yes, we have a loading dock and an elevator to make transporting your equipment easier. We also provide various warehouse equipment to help with moving heavy items.

    You can host photo shoots, video productions, product launches, exhibitions, workshops, small private gatherings of up to 50 people, conferences, and more. However, parties are not permitted.

    For any rental request made less than one week in advance, full payment is required. For bookings made more than one week in advance, a deposit or full payment is required.

    Yes, you can visit the studio before finalizing your reservation. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

    Yes, we can place dates on hold if you are undecided. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

    Our opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. For any requests outside these hours, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

    Our studio is located in an industrial area where there is plenty of street parking available. We also have a semi-private parking lot at the back of the building with about 55 spaces.

    Unfortunately, our studio is not fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.

    Cancellations made one week before the booking date are fully refunded, including the deposit. After this deadline, 50% of the amount is refunded, but the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made 24 hours or less before the event, no refund is possible.

    Yes, we have a secure safe available for rentals of 24 hours or more if you need to store valuable items.

    Yes, it is possible to use a smoke machine in the studio. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

    We do not have photographers on site, but we can provide you with a list of professional contacts. Please contact us for more information.
